We accept returns for online sales- a request must be made within 14 days of delivery. This period is extended during the holiday season- we understand that items are given as gifts! Damages, Returns, and Exchanges For spaperiestores.com
Please inspect all shipments upon receipt and notify spaperiestores.com immediately if an item is damaged- email [email protected]. Appropriate action will be taken depending on the type of damage, shipping method, and carrier.
All returns must be received in new, unused, unopened condition. Returned items should be well and properly packed to prevent damage during shipping back to us. If an item is damaged during shipping on its way to us, it is considered damaged when we receive it!
Shipping charges are non-refundable- only product cost will be refunded. Refunds will be made promptly, within 3 business days of receipt of acceptable return merchandise. Credit will be applied to the original method of payment. You may cancel your order at any time before it has shipped at no charge.
